**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Overview**
Join a dedicated, family-oriented team as a **Warehouse Associate** , where you’ll support the movement and organization of seed corn products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team setting. No diploma or certifications are required, and full on-the-job training is provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Receive and unload shipments of seed corn.
+ Sort, stage, and organize products within the warehouse.
+ Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold quality standards.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and job requirements.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
**Must-Have Skills**
+ General labor experience.
+ Forklift operation experience (or willingness to learn).
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
+ Shipping and receiving experience.
+ Basic logistics knowledge.
+ Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience.
**Additional Qualifications**
+ No diploma or certifications required.
+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

This is a Contract position based out of Ames, IA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
