We are currently hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team in Roland, Iowa (15 miles NE of Ames, Iowa). In this role, you will be involved in the corporate accounting function.

This role is for you if you have:
Two- or four-year accounting degree or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details
Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while providing outstanding and courteous customer service.
What you will be doing:
Daily ACH & Wire processing
Intercompany bank transfers
Creation of daily bank deposit and related bank transfer
Balancing of internal accounts and supplier prepaid accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Running day and month end process
Perform year end close duties and assist with data for year-end audit
Balancing monthly vendor statements, along with large vendor processing
Balancing leases and maintenance of lease spreadsheet
Assisting with maintaining fixed assets
Education and/or Experience:
2 – 4 year accounting degree or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License
