Required Experience:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will:
+ Lead and support your team during assigned shifts
+ Ensure quality food preparation and exceptional guest service
+ Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to team members
+ Foster a fun, fast-paced, fulfilling work environment
+ Assist with operational responsibilities, including inventory, scheduling, and team performance
+ Contribute to sales and profit goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
+ Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience
+ Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable
+ Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively
+ Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus)
+ Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow
REQUIREMENTS
+ Evening availability – must be able to close the restaurant
+ Dependable and punctual
+ Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed)
+ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
+ Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
+ Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
+ Background check required
