Wilson Toyota of Ames is looking for a motivated, organized, and process-driven individual to join our team as a Parts Front Counter Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Identify, locate, and accurately order automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts counter and work environment.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor parts inventory, assist with stocking, and maintain proper inventory organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department, technicians, and management.
• Process parts sales, returns, special orders, and warranty-related transactions accurately.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on commitments.

Automotive parts experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to invest in the right person who has the attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
