You are expected to make significant impact ensuring operational excellence through standardized breeding processes across breeding sites globally and management of change (MOC) in material and data management-from early breeding stages through commercial seed production-by driving delivery that is On Time, In Full, with Quality (OTIFQ). You will lead through influence, shared ownership, and expertise to galvanize diverse experts between Work Units within and across crops and Capability Centers to implement solutions to address critical, high impact breeding production challenges. You will also serve as a key liaison in developing automation and IT tools and creating broader awareness of the importance of meeting OTIFQ targets. Your leadership will elevate quality, efficiency, and predictability in breeding production through scalable, integrated solutions. Connecting on-the-ground breeding operations while shaping enterprise-level improvements is essential to success in this role. The primary responsibilities of this role, Nursery Production Optimization Lead, are to: Identify systemic gaps, constraints, and opportunities in breeding production workflows that impact speed, quality, cost, or delivery reliability;Architect and drive solutions that improve operational effectivenessacross breeding stages, from material creation to commercial hand-off;Strengthen end-to-end MOC for germplasm and associated data, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality hand-offs between breeding, production, and commercial interfaces;Partner with breeding, seed production, and supply stakeholders to clarify ownership, accountability, and success criteria at each transition point;Lead initiatives by influence and through dynamic shared ownership to co-create and align stakeholders on common outcomes;Serve as a trusted advisor and integrator across operational, technical, and digital domains. Advocate for scalable data, workflow, and system solutions that enhance traceability, decision-making, and operational efficiency;Serve as a key partner in the development and deployment of automation, digital, and IT solutions that support breeding production excellence. Translate operational needs into clear requirements for digital and automation partners;Buildorganizational understanding of OTIFQ importance and its linkage to breeding success, timelines, and downstream value creation;Foster a culture of continu
