Advance Services, Inc. is hiring Injection Mold Operators for a local manufacturer in Roland, IA. No prior experience needed — full training provided!

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines
• Inspect, connect, and prepare parts for shipment
• Maintain documentation and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow safety and instruction manuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be dependable and punctual
