Love fixing things and keeping operations humming? We’re looking for a hands-on Reliability & Maintenance Technician to join our team at Continental Manufacturing Chemist in Huxley, IA!
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (yes, that means 3-day weekends!)
Wages starting at $26+ based on experience & skillset!
What You’ll Do: You’ll be the go-to person keeping our production lines running smoothly. From preventive maintenance to troubleshooting those “why isn’t this working?” moments, you’ll tackle mechanical and electrical challenges, work with our CMMS system, and team up with operations to make things better every day. If you enjoy solving problems and seeing immediate results from your work, this is the role for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance or reliability experience (manufacturing background is a bonus!)
- A problem-solver mindset and the ability to stay cool when things heat up
- Basic computer skills – if you can navigate Microsoft Office, you’re good to go
- A safety-first attitude and commitment to quality
- Packaging equipment experience? Even better, but we’ll train the right person!
