Duties, includes, but not limited to:

1. Scheduling, Managing, and directing employees (usually from 8-10 PT employees)
2. Actively work the sales floor interacting with customers and employees to achieve shop sales goals
3. Shift coverage as needed (employee sickness, emergencies, special events, etc.)
4. Oversee day to day operations
5. Manage / monitor special orders
6. Manage / monitor inventory
7. Manage floor displays and pricing
8. Ensure and assist in shop and equipment cleanliness
9. Learn to use Square POS retail system and management back page
10. Organize, implement, and validate staff training. Training will include, but not be limited to, sales, merchandizing, daily task list, Square POS, and product training.
11. Participate in interviewing of potential new employees
12. Maintain good employee relations
13. Learn and maintain high standards of Chocolaterie Stam
14. Coordinate and assist in special events, tours, etc.
15. Oversee store specials and Stam educational talks (as needed)
16. Create and host exciting events to build the Stam brand
17. Take and pass Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division online alcohol sales training
18. Promote Stam via social media
19. Become ServSafe certified within 6 months of employment
