Maintenance Technician – Plastic Injection Molding Facility
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our plastic injection molding warehouse team in Roland, IA. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Diagnose issues quickly to minimize production downtime
Maintain conveyors, chillers, dryers, grinders, and related warehouse equipment
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
Assist with equipment installations and facility maintenance as needed

Location: Roland, IA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10am -6pm
Pay: based on experience
