This position is responsible for collaborating with service providers in the community in order to best serve the unhoused population, and those at risk of becoming unhoused in Story County. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, providing direct client services, completing intake assessments and housing plus plans, providing ongoing case management to meet client needs, and performing similar tasks.

This position is part of a pilot program with an expected 2 year term that may be discontinued after the term or extended.
