M.H. EBY, Inc., a manufacturer of aluminum trailers & truck bodies, is seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant for our sales and service facility in Story City, IA. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced environment and be self-directed individuals who possess strong organizational abilities and good interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service and with computers is necessary.
Work schedule is set at Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM.
$20/hour minimum starting wage, based on experience.
A valid driver’s license is required for work related errands.
Duties:
-Walk in/phone reception
-Assisting customers with sales/parts/service needs
-Trailer invoicing & titling
-Coordination with sales on other daily needs
-Data entry/general clerical activities
-Basic accounting
