We are seeking a warm, energetic Enrichment Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of 3-year-old children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment, communicating with parents, and working with others. This role focuses on enrichment-based, play-centered instruction in a Christian environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development where young children can learn and grow spiritually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead age-appropriate enrichment activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Accept all children regardless of their religious or non-religious beliefs.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Work with other staff, parents, and church board to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with pre-school aged children
• Strong classroom management and comunication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Child Abuse Training required
• Medical Physical
• Background check required, paid by employer
