About the Role

You will provide an outstanding customer experience by meeting the customer’s needs and demonstrating technical competence.

What will you do?

+ Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs. Ability to complete inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.

+ Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area.

+ Understand how to document and submit customer interactions in CRM(Customer Relationship Management System).

+ Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location.

+ Maintain inventory of office supplies

+ Working knowledge of Landus inventory policies

+ Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing, sampling, grading and ticketing)

+ Ability to run grain or agronomy facilities remotely utilizing PLCs

+ Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized. Update the market board as needed.

+ Develop ongoing general awareness of Landus Cooperative’s products/services and be able to communicate information to customers.

+ Adhere to Landus Cooperative’s safety policies and procedures.

+ Champion of safety compliance throughout organization

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

+ Must have a valid state driver’s license.

+ Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.

+ One year of related experience.
