**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Overview**
We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, performing assembly and packaging tasks, and supporting overall production flow. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate slitter and other production machinery safely and efficiently
+ Perform assembly, labeling, and packaging tasks according to specifications
+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
+ Assist with minor equipment set-up and basic machine adjustments as needed
+ Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow

+ Machine operation experience
+ Packaging and assembly experience
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
**Skill Details**
+ Ability to operate production machinery
+ Experience with packaging and assembly processes

**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 6 months of warehouse, production, or related experience
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills
+ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
+ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
**Work Environment**
+ Clean, organized production environment
+ Work in teams of 2-4 depending on the area
+ PPE required: safety glasses, nitrile gloves, cut-resistant gloves
+ Steel-toe boots required (contractor-provided)
+ Dress code: jeans or work pants (no leggings or sweatpants)
**Schedule**
**1st Shift:** Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on production volume.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
