Objectives:
- Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, and General Correspondence
- Assist with Document Preparation, Filing, and Record Keeping
- Support Team Members with Administrative Tasks
- Maintain Office Supply and Inventory
- Support Special Projects and Initiatives as Needed
- Receive, Sort, and Distribute Mail and Delivers
- Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks
- Maintain Accurate Contact List in Admin Portal and HubSpot
- Keep a Clean and Tidy Office
Competencies:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Reliable Car for Transformation
- Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Office Equipment (phone, printers, etc.)
- Reliable Attendance and Punctuality
